Bango PLC (AIM:BGO, OTCQX:BGOPF) shares were up 23% after it unveiled the acquisition of the global payments business of Japan’s NTT DOCOMO for a negligible fee.
It is paying around £3.4mln for DOCOMO Digital, which was bought with a cash balance of £2.7mln.
Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM:MSMN) said it expects to spud the Cinnabar-1 well in Texas within the next two weeks.
Cinnabar is planned for a vertical depth of 9,900 feet with its primary target the Wilcox sands, which produce oil and gas in nearby wells.

DOCOMO Digital is one of the largest mobile network operators in the world, said the bank, while simultaneously operating in one of the countries with the highest proportion of payments by direct carrier billing (DCB).

Arrow said its operating netbacks increased to $49.18 per barrel of oil equivalent (/boe) in the second quarter of 2022, up from $20.16/boe in the first quarter of 2022. The increase was due to higher crude oil production and better netbacks from natural gas, it added.

Bradda Head Lithium Limited (AIM:BHL, OTCQB:BHLIF) reported positive results from the second stage of its preliminary metallurgical test work programme on samples from its Basin East lithium deposit in the US.
“These results demonstrate the potential to commercially concentrate our Li [lithium] clay grade by 26% to 1,900ppm [parts per million] Li and then, using a simple sulphuric acid leach approach at atmospheric pressure, use standard extraction equipment to extract more than 98% of the Li within an hour,” said chief executive Charles FitzRoy.

The revenue contribution from the transaction will be US$5mln in 2022, rising to US$16mln in 2023.

Metal Tiger PLC (AIM:MTR, OTC:MRTTF, ASX:MTR) noted that Sandfire Resources Ltd announced the completion of a positive definitive feasibility study for the 5.2Mtpa Motheo Copper Project expansion. This included confirmation of the “strong business case” for the development of the A4 deposit and an expansion of the Motheo processing plant. Metal Tiger has a 1.72% stake in Sandfire.
Separately, Metal Tiger noted that another portfolio company, Cobre, announced the fifth intersection of copper mineralisation from its ongoing drill programme at Kalahari Metals Limited’s Ngami project in Botswana.
