Paradigm Biopharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX:PAR) has appointed Abby Macnish as interim company secretary following the passing of its long-term company secretary Kevin Hollingsworth, who had been with Paradigm since its original ASX listing.
The company has acknowledged Hollingsworth's contribution and passion for Paradigm – and expresses its sincere condolences to his family.
Investment professional of 15 years
Macnish will serve as interim company secretary for a period of 9-12 months or until a fulltime appointment can be made.
She is an investment professional with more than 15 years’ experience and currently serves as chief financial officer and company secretary for two ASX-listed companies, as well as filling a non-executive director role for several unlisted Australian companies in biotech and wealth management.
Macnish is also chair of the Investment Committee at The Wealth Designers (TWD) Australia and a board member for Muscular Dystrophy WA (MDWA), a charity with the aim of supporting the MDWA community.
She has a Bachelors’ Degree in Science and Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charter-holder.
