The firm repeated its ‘Speculative Buy’ rating and price target of $20 on the stock. Westwater’s NYSE American-listed shares are currently trading at about $1.40. In a note, analysts wrote that, despite the lack of details regarding the potential customer, the PMG supply agreement provided strong evidence of the commercial potential in Westwater’s graphite materials.

Nevada Copper Corp (TSX:NCU, OTC:NEVDF) said it has agreed to non-binding terms with its financing partners for liquidity of up to $93 million to support the restart and ramp-up of its Pumpkin Hollow copper mine in Yerington, Nevada. The company said non-binding terms have been agreed with its senior lender, KfW IPEX-Bank, its working capital provider, Concord Resources Limited, its largest shareholder, Pala Investments Limited, another significant shareholder, Mercuria Energy, and its stream and royalty partner, Triple Flag Precious Metals (TSX:TFPM) Corp. In a statement, Randy Buffington, Nevada Copper CEO said: "I am very pleased with the substantial ongoing support of all our key stakeholders. The company said the saliva-based samples collected must be stored in the refrigerator within one hour of collection and be shipped with cold packs to arrive at the lab within 72 hours of sample collection. The property will be used as the central hub for the company's Ontario and Quebec operations. It houses a 4,000-square-foot, fully serviced warehouse that is currently being leased by the company and used as its main core processing facility. The warehouse has already been converted into a full-service facility that fits the company's current needs but will also allow for further expansion. The facility is being used for offices, core logging, sampling, core cutting, and long-term core storage.
