Hartshead Resources' CEO Chris Lewis talked to Proactive London about the importance of the agreement reached with Shell to conduct an engineering study for a preferred offtake route and agreed tie-in option for the Phase I field development of its North Sea gas assets.
Lewis also spoke about the importance of getting development capital in place to move the project forward.
