Allied Minds (LSE:ALM) PLC shares dropped over 40% after the company said it will consult shareholders over a possible delisting from the London Stock Exchange.
The IP commercialisation company said that following a strategic review it believes the costs of maintaining a premium listing on the LSE are “prohibitively high” relative to the company’s size.
Therefore, maintaining a public listing is no longer in the best interests of the company and its shareholders, it said.
Shares dived 40.3% to11.15p in morning trade.
