Lloyds Banking Group PLC (LSE:LLOY) chief executive Charlie Nunn has restructured the executive committee at the British bank, appointing two new heads of consumer relationships and corporate and institutional banking.
The bank said in a statement that former Barclays executive Jayne Opperman will lead Consumer Relationships and ex-MUFG executive John Winter will head Corporate & Institutional Banking.
Opperman will take up her position later this year, while Winter will join Lloyds on 1 September.
Lloyds' internal structure and top team have been revamped by Nunn since he took over as the bank's CEO last year.
The bank recently upped its full-year guidance after a solid start to the year.
