Crossword Cybersecurity PLC (AIM:CCS) said its subsidiary, Crossword Consulting, entered an agreement with Cumberland House Consulting.
Part of the agreement includes Crossword Consulting providing its services to Cumberland at its standard charge rates of up to £500,000, with two orders for a cumulative value of £132,000 already signed.
Cumberland, an information technology business, is connected to Crossword’s director Dr Robert Coles, according to a statement.
As a result, the cybersecurity solutions company announced the agreement under Rule 13 of the AIM rules for companies as it constitutes a related party transaction.
