BioPorto (NASDAQ COPENHAG:BIOPOR) A/S has raised its revenue guidance for fiscal year 2022 after the company achieved strong growth in revenue in the first six months and second quarter of the year. Revenue came in at 15 million Danish kroner (DKr) (US$2.2 million) in the six-month period ended June 30, 2022, an increase of 23% on the same period last year, while in the second quarter revenue jumped 29% to DKr 8.5 million ($1.2 million). PowerTap Hydrogen Capital Corp has provided an update on the US Inflation Reduction of Act (IRA) of 2022 which allows the company to expand outside California given that the legislation provides incentives at the federal level. The 2022 IRA will result in an investment of $369 billion in energy and climate change programs and will avoid 6.3 billion tons of cumulative greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 amounting to a 40% annual emissions reduction compared to 2005 levels, the company noted. "The IRA will allow PowerTap to expand its focus into the rest of the USA (outside of California) due to the needed attractive incentives to build hydrogen infrastructure. Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc has announced the appointment of Gerhard Kiessling as its vice president Exploration, succeeding Matthew Halliday who will continue as the company's president and chief operating officer. NorthWest Copper Corp (TSX-V:NWST) revealed it has found more very high-grade copper and gold mineralization at its Kwanika project in British Columbia. Highlight results from the second set of assays, from four holes, from this year's ongoing drilling program included 109.05 metres (m) of 0.89% copper-equivalent (CuEq) from a depth of 27m in one hole, including an interval of 1.45m at 14.52% CuEq. Notably, this hole contained intervals of so-called 'chalcocite breccia' with similar geology to an intercept last year of 9.4m at 33.60% CuEq in another hole.
NioCorp Developments Ltd has noted that the US Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, which came into law this week, would make most of the critical minerals it intends to produce at its Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project in Nebraska eligible for new tax credits. Lumina Gold Corp (TSX-V:LUM, OTCQX:LMGDF) has unveiled encouraging results from its Cangrejos project in Ecuador, where a drill campaign, for 107 holes and around 30,000 metres (m) spanning this year and last, has now been completed. The company said a pre-feasibility study for the project is ongoing and the report is expected to be completed in the second quarter of next year, while resource estimate work has now started following the completion of drilling. "I would like to thank our geological team for completing a well-executed large-scale program on time," said Marshall Koval, the CEO of Lumina. Royal Helium Ltd (TSX-V:RHC, OTCQB:RHCCF) has announced its intention to seek a secondary listing of its common shares on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market (AIM) alongside its current listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, subject to the preparation and acceptance of all the requisite documentation. The explorer and developer of helium properties said it has engaged Strand Hanson Limited of London, UK to act as its Nominated Advisor (NOMAD) on the proposed listing. “Helium usage and its supply constraints are global in nature, and we believe that expanding our shareholder base to Europe will be beneficial to unlocking the value of Royal's assets at this pivotal juncture as we move toward production and sales alongside our exploration activities,” Royal Helium CEO Andrew Davidson said in a statement.
The comapny also said it has appointed Shayne Neigum as the company's chief operating officer (COO) and head of Exploration. The company noted that Neigum has worked closely with Stephen Halabura in identifying and acquiring Royal's key helium land positions and prospects since 2017 and has executed the drilling and completion operations on all of Royal's wells to date. It added that Halabura will be stepping down from his position as the company's VP Exploration, handing the reins to Neigum. The company pointed out that having spent his entire career in the Saskatchewan oil and gas industry, Neigum has extensive experience in deep-hole drilling, land evaluation, geological mapping, formation modelling and reserves analysis. He also has a well-developed understanding of all operations management on a drill site and a strong technical background of upstream, midstream, and downstream aspects of the industry. Neigum holds a BSc Honours in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan. The Bellehelen Property is a low sulphidation silver-gold prospect covering most of the historic Bellehelen Mining District approximately 70 kilometers (km) east of Tonopah. In late May, soil surveys were conducted on the BH Grid in the southeastern portion of the Bellehelen Property to extend a grid sampled during fall 2021. The recent results delineated a 1,300 metre-long gold-in-soil anomaly defined by samples in excess of 100 parts per billion (ppb) gold and an oblique 650 metre-long trend of the same amplitude coincident with the historic Ben Hur Mine.
District Metals Corp has reported encouraging drill results from its 750 metre (m) Spring 2022 drill program at its polymetallic Tomtebo property in south-central Sweden. The company said drill hole TOM22-038, which targeted the Steffenburgs zone massive sulphide lens down-plunge between two previous drill holes, intersected 25.5 m at 8.2% zinc equivalent (ZnEq), including 11.1 m at 11.1% ZnEq and 3.6 m at 15.8% ZnEq. District also reported a bonanza grade gold interval of 384 grams per tone (g/t) of gold and 855 g/t silver over 0.4 m, capped at 10 g/t gold for the ZnEq calculation.

Transition Metals Corp (TSX-V:XTM) has kicked off a 1,250-metre (m) drilling program on three targets within a large, mineralized breccia system at its Aylmer project in Sudbury. The targets cover an area of 1,000m by 400m on the property, which consists of 119 mining claims covering 3,312 hectares north of Lake Wanapitei in northern Ontario. Transition has outlined a large, highly altered and mineralized breccia system that extends to a vertical depth of at least 400m, according to the company.
ACME Lithium Inc has reported sample results from the recently drilled DH-1 hole at its Clayton Valley lithium brine project in Nevada, revealing a “significant new lithium discovery". DH-1 was drilled to a total depth of 1,400 feet below ground surface and intersected multiple productive horizons including the targeted basal gravel aquifer at an approximate depth of 1,250 feet below ground surface, the company said. Following the discovery, ACME has initiated Phase 2 planning and procured an expanded drilling and pump test program.

Majuba Hill Copper Corp (CSE:JUBA) said it has closed a second tranche to its non-brokered private placement financing for total additional gross proceeds of $1,342,766. The company said it will use the proceeds from the placement toward exploration on its Majuba Hill property and general working capital. The company has allotted and issued 6,713,830 units at a price of 20 cents per unit. Each unit comprised one common share and one transferable warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of 12 months at a price of 25 cents per share, subject to accelerated expiry. In the event that the company's common shares trade at a closing price at or greater than 45 cents per share for a period of five consecutive trading days, the company may accelerate the expiry date of the warrants by giving notice to the holders, and, in such case, the warrants will expire on the 30th day after the date on which such notice is given by the company.
