Caracal Gold chief executive Robbie McCrae joins Proactive to talk about its second-quarter production from its Kilimapesa gold mine. McCrae says he's 'very pleased so far' with its performance both on the exploration side of the equation as well as the mining expansion. Kilimapesa produced 746 ounces of gold from the Kenyan mine and achieved its first production from the pilot heap leach plant. Construction and commissioning of a second heap leach pad has been completed and work on a third pad was 80% finished during the quarter.
