ASOS says Mat Dunn to step down as CFO and COO

The online fashion retailer said Dunn will remain employed until the end of the year to provide transitional support

ASOS PLC (LSE:ASC) said chief operating officer and chief financial officer Mat Dunn will step down from his roles as part of a phased plan as the online fashion retailer restructures its executive team.

Dunn will continue in his position and remain a member of the board until at least 31 October this year. He will remain employed at the company until the end of the year to provide transitional support, ASOS said in a statement.

Dunn joined the board of ASOS in April 2019 as CFO before also becoming a COO in October 2021.

“Mat has worked tirelessly to ensure that ASOS has been able to make continued strategic progress, despite the prevailing market conditions which have existed since the global pandemic,” said chairman Jørgen Lindemann.

The search for a new CFO is underway, with a further announcement expected in due course, the company said.
