IQGeo Group PLC (AIM:IQG) (IQGeo Group PLC (AIM:IQG)) chief executive Richard Petti and Haywood Chapman, chief financial officer, join Proactive London's Katie Pilbeam to talk about the acquisition of Comsof.
The deal is worth up to €13mln and the firm raised €4.1mln from investors to part-fund the deal.
IQGeo has already been working together with the Comsof software at several shared customers and expects the Belgian company's strong market presence in central Europe to be a huge benefit to the firm.
