Van Dyke starts by explaining how her fund differentiates itself from other specialist investor funds in the mining sector and how investors are no longer willing to invest ' at any cost.
The expectation is now that investments will be made on their behalf - sustainably, Van Dyke says, adding it is much more than just carbon footprint reduction.
Strauss adds that Digbee prepares companies to be able to understand and better incorporate ESG structures and can give funds such as Arch an efficient means to monitor the ESG impact of mining.
