TSX-listed royalty company Sandstorm Gold Ltd (TSX:SAND) announced that it has completed its arrangement with Nomad Royalty Company Ltd.
Sandstorm has now acquired all the outstanding shares of Montreal-based Nomad, which boasts a portfolio of 21 royalty, stream and other assets, including eight on currently producing mines.
Under the terms of the arrangement, Nomad shareholders received a consideration of 1.21 common shares of Sandstorm per Nomad share held.

Sandstorm called the acquisition of the emerging royalty company a “transformative milestone”.
"The completion of the Nomad acquisition is another exciting milestone for Sandstorm shareholders this year,” Sandstorm CEO Nolan Watson told investors in a statement.
Nomad shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and the listed warrants of the company will be de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange shortly after.
