Endexx Corporation posted financial results for the third-quarter of fiscal 2022 that saw its revenue jump 246% year-over-year as sales continued to rebound and expand into mass retail and pharmacy stores. For the period ended June 30, 2022, the Cave Creek, Arizona-based company, which develops and distributes plant-based topical health and skincare products, reported $418,151 in revenues, compared to $120,801 in the 3Q of fiscal 2021. In addition, Endexx reported that revenue for the first nine months were $947,428, an increase of 127% compared to $416,094 in the same nine-month period in fiscal 2021. Endexx products are now available in more than 8,000 mass retail and pharmacy stores throughout the US.

American Resources Corporation announced record 2Q revenues of $16.2 million – the best quarterly financial performance in the firm’s history driven by steady expansion of its carbon and rare earths business. The company saw 78% quarter-over-quarter revenue growth and far above the $393,200 figure it posted in the same year-ago quarter. On an adjusted EBITDA basis, the firm posted an S11.5 million profit, as compared with a loss of $537,000 for the second quarter of 2021.

Quantum eMotion Corp said it is making “significant progress” developing the first Blockchain application of its quantum random number generator (QRNG) technology. The company said it had completed the design of its first Blockchain application of its QRNG technology. Earlier in 2022, Montreal-based Quantum secured funding from Mitacs to Blockchain applications of its QRNG2 technology.

Vicinity Motor Corp saw an increase in sales of electric vehicles in second quarter 2022, with orders for US$90 million in buses and other medium to heavy zero emissions vehicles. William Trainer, CEO of Vicinity Motor said the second quarter of 2022 was marked by additional sales and distribution wins for the company’s portfolio of electric vehicles, which he said further validated the transition to electric vehicles. "This traction is a testament to the incredible interest and support we are receiving from enterprise customers and government agencies. From new government incentives for EV adoption to new financing strategies such as Sustainability Partner's EVaaS program, the market is quickly optimizing for an electrified future. Taken together, our backlog grew to over USD$90 million, the majority of which are for electric vehicles,” Trainer said in a statement.

Tartisan Nickel Corp announced its intention to being a normal course issuer bid (NCIB), under which the company may purchase up to 5,446,125 of its common shares, representing about 5% of Tartisan’s issued and outstanding common shares. Tartisan is commencing the "NCIB" because the company's management believes that the underlying value of the Kenbridge Nickel Project which has a Mineral Resource Estimate and Preliminary Economic Assessment, along with the company's assets as a whole, are not adequately reflected in the market price of Tartisan's common shares. Tartisan Nickel Corp believes that the repurchase of its common shares for cancellation represents an appropriate use of the its financial resources and will enhance shareholder value. The "NCIB" is expected to commence on August 22, 2022 and terminate on August 21, 2023. All common shares purchased under the "NCIB" will be purchased on the open market through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) and/or alternative trading systems. All purchases made under the "NCIB" will be at the prevailing market price for the common shares at the time of purchase. Common shares acquired by the company under the "NCIB" will be cancelled. Tartisan Nickel Corp has appointed Independent Trading Group (ITG) Limited as its broker to conduct the "NCIB" purchases on its behalf.

MySize Inc has announced a deal with British luxury fashion brand Temperley London to license its MySizeID apparel sizing solution. MySizeID will help Temperley London customers generate highly accurate measurements of their bodies in order to select the optimal size through an app on their mobile devices, the company said. The process syncs the customer's measurement data to the brand's sizing chart and then only displays items that match their measurements.

Canaccord Genuity has repeated a 'Buy' on Silvercorp Metals Inc, saying it likes the China-focused miner's 'pure-play' silver exposure, as well as its strong margins, 'healthy' balance sheet, and emerging organic growth. It comes after the release of the group's financial and operating results for the first quarter to June 30 this year, which showed the company has $150 million in cash and no debt. In addition, the broker noted that the value of the company's 28.4% stake in New Pacific Metals is worth around $130 million currently, while, as well as the regular $2.2 million semi-annual dividend in the quarter, the company has recently bought back around 740,000 shares for a further $1.9 million.

Harbor Custom Development Inc said that the company posted record revenue for the first half of the year and expects the construction of several of its multi-family projects to be completed by the end of the year. For the six months ended June 30, 2022, the Tacoma, Washington-based real estate company involved in all aspects of the land development cycle, reported sales of $38.9 million, compared to $28 million in the first half of 2021. The company logged a gross profit of $4.1 million during the first half of the year, compared to $3.9 million in the comparable period a year earlier.

Kontrol Technologies Corp, a leader in smart buildings and cities through the Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) technology, provided financial results for the second quarter to June 30, 2022, showing record revenues of C$29.1 million, up 599% year-over-year. The Canadian technology company noted its revenues for the six months to end-June were $55.8 million, and reported adjusted earnings before interest, tax depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of $2 million and $4.5 million for the second quarter and first half respectively. In a statement, CEO of Kontrol Technologies, Paul Ghezzi said the company’s first-half performance reflects continued operational execution as it worked to scale the Kontrol platform while maintaining discipline in operations and capital structure.

CareRx Corporation has said it continued to see strong growth in the second quarter of this year, with revenue surging 95%. The provider of pharmacy services to seniors living communities reported revenue of $96.9 million in the three months to June 30, 2022, up from $49.7 million in the second quarter last year, with adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) jumping 103% to $8.8 million. "Our second quarter results reflect the continued execution of our growth strategy, with a 95% year-over-year increase in revenue and a 103% increase in adjusted EBITDA as we completed the acquisition of the Hogan Long-Term Care Pharmacy Business and benefited from the contribution and synergies of our 2021 acquisitions and new contract wins," said David Murphy, president and CEO of CareRx in a statement.

Alkaline Fuel Cell Power Corp (AFCP) has reported a 5% increase in total assets in the first two quarters of 2022, from $8.968 million to $9.413 million, and reiterated a focus on its strength and diversification plans for the remainder of the year. "AFCP is diversifying its investments into more immediate revenue-generating investments such as its CHP (combined heat and power) assets, and improving its ability to bring its fuel cells to market, quicker," AFCP CEO Frank Carnevale said in a statement announcing the company’s second quarter to June 30, 2022 results. Investors want a more de-risked investment platform, and we're on our way to delivering." AFCP said it achieved a 71% reduction in operating expenses in the second quarter from a year earlier, which will position it to benefit from a much lower monthly cash burn rate.

Genprex Inc announced that the Safety Review Committee (SRC) has approved a continuation of the Acclaim-1 Phase 1/2 clinical trial of the company's lead drug candidate REQORSA in combination with Tagrisso (osimertinib) to treat late-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The approval follows a review of the first cohort of patients in Phase 1 by the SRC, which comprised of three physicians who are principal investigators in the trial, the clinical-stage gene therapy company said. "The SRC approval to advance Acclaim-1 to the higher dose in the second cohort of patients is an important milestone that further supports REQORSA's safety profile and brings us one step closer to bringing this potentially ground-breaking gene therapy approach to treating NSCLC to the patients who need it most," Genprex chief medical officer (CMO) Dr Mark Berger said in a statement.

Prospector Metals Corp has told investors that its latest exploration at the Savant project in Ontario, Canada has underscored the asset's district scale potential. The explorer mobilized crews to the 229 square kilometre (km) project in May this year and a Phase 1 program saw 594 grab samples collected, for which all assays have now been received. Notably, the work has defined a second, previously unrecognized, corridor called the Snowbird-Shoal Deformation Zone, which follows on from the firm's previously outlined Wiggle Deformation Zone (WDZ). The Snowbird-Shoal Deformation Zone hosts numerous gold occurrences, including at Snowbird and Horseshoe, and latest sampling included assays such as 99.6 grams per ton (g/t) gold, 60 g/t and 13.25 g/t and increased the known strike length to 520 metres (m).

Willow Biosciences Inc has reported significant progress in its operational platform in the three months ended June 30, 2022 and said it ended the quarter in a strong financial position, with approximately $22.1 million in working capital and $22.1 million of cash on hand. "The second quarter saw us take the next step in the evolution of our product portfolio with a new partnered pharmaceutical project," Dr Peter Seufer-Wasserthal, Willow's interim president and CEO said in a statement. "Over the last three and a half years we have built out a fully integrated team that covers the entire production spectrum from the lab to commercialization. We are in a strong position to continue product development of our FutureGrown CBG and add new partnerships at this time and believe that the company is set up today to be a leader in the coming bio-revolution of tomorrow," he added.

Amaroq Minerals Ltd - formerly AEX Gold Inc - said it has now signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ABD Solutions, a business within AB Dynamics PLC, to investigate the potential for the introduction of vehicle autonomy systems for various mining vehicles at the Nalunaq site in Greenland. In a statement, Eldur Olafsson, the company's CEO commented: "We are delighted to announce our planned partnership with ABD Solutions a well-regarded automation company with substantial experience working with organisations to accelerate the transition to autonomy. We are focussed on ensuring that we seek out and deploy innovative technology across Nalunaq, and going forward the rest of the assets within our extensive licence area, as we believe that this will allow us to introduce new skill sets to the workforce in Greenland and to operate safely, efficiently and sustainably. Amaroq noted that ABD Solutions and its affiliated companies have over 35 years' experience in the control and automation of vehicles using driving robots and control systems.

Sonoro Gold Corp has released positive results from an underground channel sampling program at its Cerro Caliche project in Mexico, which it says validates the firm's plans to develop a heap leach operation there. The results provide important geological data from a 100 metre (m) section at the south end of the Cabeza Blanca vein as it enters the El Colorado zone, and all the results, as well as more than 7,200m of new drilling data, will be included in an updated resource estimate. Highlights from the channel sampling included 2m averaging 7.863 grams per ton (g/t) gold across the Cabeza Blanca vein with 3.5 meters averaging 3.071 g/t gold.

Power REIT Corp has said that its core funds from operations during the second quarter ended June 30, 2022, nudged up to $0.41 per share from $0.40 per share in the first three-month period of the year. In an update on its quarterly performance, the specialized real estate investment trust (REIT) said that core funds from operations in the second quarter of 2021 were $0.51 per share. “Power REIT is currently focused on greenhouse as a unique real estate asset class as a sustainable solution for the cultivation of certain crops. Since pivoting to focus on greenhouses, we have acquired approximately 2.2 million square feet of which approximately 51% is currently focused on food cultivation and 49% is currently focused on cannabis cultivation,” David Lesser, Power REIT CEO said in a statement.

First Mining Gold Corp has provided an update regarding its offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Beattie Gold Mines Ltd, as previously announced on July 18, 2022. Prior to making the Beattie offer, First Mining had received signed, irrevocable lock-up agreements from shareholders of Beattie Gold holding, in aggregate, 1,358,652 common shares of Beattie Gold representing 72.3% of the outstanding common shares of Beattie Gold (excluding common shares of Beattie Gold already owned by First Mining or its wholly-owned subsidiary, Clifton Star Resources Inc. The company said all lock-up shares have now been tendered and deposited, and together with the common shares of Beattie Gold already owned by First Mining, both directly and indirectly through Clifton Star, First Mining will own 97.6% of the outstanding common shares of Beattie Gold upon acquiring the lock-up shares.

Western Magnesium Corporation has announced the resignation of Peter O'Rourke Sr from the company's board of directors and as president, US Operations, effective August 5, 2022. The company said its board would like to thank him for his contributions and wishes him success in his future endeavors. Western Magnesium said it is in the process of interviewing candidates for a seat on the company's board. Keeping in line with the regulations and framework provided by Nasdaq, the board composition will change to reflect the diversity requirements implemented in August 2021.

Aftermath Silver Corp said the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 6,122,448 shares at 24.5 cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $1.5 million with one creditor.

Nickel North Exploration Corp said the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced on May 26, 2022, amended on July 19, 2022, which will see the issue of 6 million flow-through shares at a purchase price of 5 cents per share, million share together with 6 purchase warrants with an exercise price 7.5 cents for a two-year period, subject to an accelerated expiry with two placees.

The Greenrose Holding Company Inc has announced that it will be postponing its scheduled conference call on Monday, August 15, 2022, at 5.00pm Eastern time to discuss its results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022. Greenrose said it is committed to reporting its second-quarter 2022 financial results and providing an update on timing for the rescheduled conference call as soon as practicable. The company expects to issue revised call details once confirmed.

Vyant Bio Inc has announced that it is postponing its investor conference call for the second quarter and first half of 2022, originally scheduled for Monday, August 15, 2022, at 4.30pm ET. Eric Sprott announced that, on August 13, 2022, 12,600,000 warrants of Rio2 Limited expired unexercised, representing a decrease in holdings of approximately 9.8% of the outstanding common shares on a partially diluted basis since the date of the last early warning report. Prior to the expiry of these warrants, Sprott beneficially owned and controlled 25,933,371 shares and 12,600,000 warrants representing approximately 10.1% of the outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis and approximately 14.3% on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of such warrants. As a result of the warrant expiry, Sprott now beneficially owns and controls 25,933,371 shares representing approximately 10.1% of the outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis. Kovo HealthTech Corporation has posted annual revenue growth of 180% in 2Q, driven by organic growth of its core software-as-a-service (SaaS)-style medical billing software and services business and two strategic acquisitions completed in 2021. The company’s CEO Greg Noble said Kovo continued to generate predictable and stable revenues thanks to a disciplined operating strategy, the strength of its billing-as-a-service platform, and stable demand for US digital back office healthcare billing solutions. “Even excluding incremental revenue attributed to our 2021 acquisitions, Kovo has achieved organic growth of 83% over the first two quarters of 2022,” he said.

Endeavour Mining PLC has received a ‘Buy’ rating and a £21.00 price target from UBS Investment Bank as the financial services provider initiates coverage of the gold producer. The miner's London-listed shares are currently trading at about £17.50, while its Toronto-based shares are trading at about C$27.70. In a research note, the UBS analysts noted that, while gold had faced 12 months of headwinds from hawkish central bank policy and rising real rates, the investment bank's view is that the risk versus reward for gold is improving with Federal Reserve hawkishness and market pricing of interest hikes close to peak.

Outlook Therapeutics Inc, a pre-commercial biopharmaceutical company working to develop the first US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved ophthalmic formulation of bevacizumab for use in retinal indications, said it has appointed Julia A Haller, MD, to the company's board of directors. "As one of the world's most accomplished professionals in ophthalmic education, research, and clinical ophthalmic practice, she will add tremendous value and insight to Outlook Therapeutics," Randy Thurman, executive chair of Outlook Therapeutics said in a statement. Haller is ophthalmologist-in-chief at Wills Eye Hospital and professor and chair of Ophthalmology at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.

Unrivaled Brands Inc announced that it has appointed Sabas Carrillo as the company’s new interim CEO effective August 12, 2022. The multi-state vertically integrated cannabis firm said Carrillo is a seasoned CEO with an extensive financial and accounting background, and deep roots in the cannabis industry. “Sabas brings his experience with M&A and knowledge in the capital markets to Unrivaled, where he is tasked with advancing the company’s transformation plan, focusing on execution, improving the balance sheet, and moving toward profitability in the current landscape,” Unrivaled Brands chairman Eric Baum said in a statement.

Todos Medical Ltd announced that its majority-owned joint venture 3CL Pharma Ltd reported the preprint in ResearchGate of a case study entitled "COVID-19 Vaccines are Necessary but not Sufficient", overseen by Dr Lee Morgentaler in concert with Andrew Blumenthal, RN ADS of two patients with Post-Acute Sequelae of COVID (PASC, or Long COVID) who experienced limited benefit after vaccination, who subsequently experienced significant benefit after supplementation with 3CL protease inhibitor immune support supplement Tollovid. AIM ImmunoTech Inc posted second-quarter financial results that showed ample cash on hand, giving the company scope to achieve multiple clinical and regulatory milestones. The Florida-based company’s lead candidate Ampligen (rintatolimod), an immuno-modulator with broad spectrum activity, is being developed to treat multiple types of cancers, immune disorders, and viral disorders, including coronavirus (COVID-19). As of June 30, 2022, the Ocala, Florida-based immune-pharma company reported cash and equivalents of $34.5 million, compared to $32.1 million as of December 31, 2021. AIM said this is expected to fund the company through 2023.

South Star Battery Metals Corp submitted a Planned Economic Analysis (PAE) and a request for a final mining license to the Brazilian Mining Authority (ANM) on Monday, the company announced. The submissions cover a trio of claims where the company’s Phase 2 and Phase 3 facilities are planned at its Santa Cruz Graphite project, the company said. The proposed PAE doubles the Santa Cruz production capacity presented in the previously released PFS (March 2020) and incorporates the third phase of project development. The planned concentrate production schedule includes two years of 5,000 tonnes per year (tpy) in Phase 1, two years of 25,000 tpy in Phase 2 and 50,000 tpy for the life of the mine (LOM) in Phase 3.

Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd said it has struck a binding deal with OzKem, the company which developed the THERMAL-XR coating system products, which used graphene produced by GMG. The coating products improve heat transfer and reduce energy usage in air conditioning units. When completed, it means GMG will own the manufacturing intellectual property (IP) and the THERMAL-XR brand. GMG will buy the base coatings product from OzKem and it will manufacture the THERMAL-XR products containing GMG graphene. GMG is already an international distributor of THERMAL-XR products with a number of global commercial demonstrations underway or initial sales completed.

Irwin Naturals Inc announced that it has completed the acquisition of its first Vermont ketamine treatment facility, adding to its fast-growing chain of psychedelic mental-health clinics. The nutraceutical firm noted the acquisition is the latest step in what has been an aggressive national rollup for Irwin Naturals Emergence. “We’re at the very, very beginning of the rapid expansion of psychedelic mental-health clinics in this country,” Irwin Naturals CEO Klee Irwin said in a statement.

TSX-listed royalty company Sandstorm Gold Ltd announced that it has completed its arrangement with Nomad Royalty Company Ltd. Sandstorm has now acquired all the outstanding shares of Montreal-based Nomad, which boasts a portfolio of 21 royalty, stream and other assets, including eight on currently producing mines. Under the terms of the arrangement, Nomad shareholders received a consideration of 1.21 common shares of Sandstorm per Nomad share held.
