EverGen Infrastructure Corp (TSX-V:EVGN) CEO Chase Edgelow joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has signed a term sheet with for a 31 million dollar senior term loan. Edgelow telling Proactive this capital will allow the company to use 15 million dollars to finance the Fraser Valley Biogas RNG Expansion Project and an additional 16 million dollars will be used to support the Net Zero Abbotsford RNG Expansion Project.
