PlantX Life CEO Lorne Rapkin joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has struck a partnership with its coffee company, Portfolio Coffee, with the Canadian Barista and Coffee Academy. The Academy will utilize Portfolio Coffee to train Level 1, 2, and 3 baristas. Rapkin also told Proactive more details about the company’s recent opening of the XMarket in Chicago. This is PlantX’s second store in the United States and sixth store globally.
