EverGen Infrastructure Corp revealed that it has signed a term sheet with its existing lender, Roynat Capital, a subsidiary of Scotiabank and Export Development Canada (EDC) for a $31 million syndicated senior term loan to support the upgrade and construction of its Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facilities at Fraser Valley Biogas (FVB) and Net Zero Waste Abbotsford (NZWA). Vuzix Corporation has reported second-quarter revenue of $3.0 million, up 3% from a year earlier, with growth expected to continue for the remainder of the year. The in-depth flotation work was undertaken on the Lismer and Dana composites under locked cycle testing (LCT). Included in this exercise was the in-depth review of rhodium recovery for River Valley. enCore Energy Corp said a decision by the US Court of Appeals for the Circuit of the District of Columbia has affirmed its license to extract uranium at the Dewey Burdock project in South Dakota. The Oglala Sioux Tribe had challenged the decision by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to grant the license to Powertech Uranium (USA) Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of enCore, the Vancouver-based uranium developer noted. A panel at the Appeals Court had ruled that the NRC’s actions were lawful, it said.
