Theta Gold Mines Ltd (ASX:TGM)'s Bill Guy talked to Proactive's Katie Pilbeam about the A$2.3mln raise.
The plan is to use the proceeds to advance TGME Underground Project in South Africa.
Guy explained that the firm hopes to be fully funded by the end of this quarter.
