ImmuPharma PLC (AIM:IMM, OTC:IMMPF) said it is raising £1.1mln via a placing of shares at 5p.
The drug developer also unveiled a broker option to raise an additional £1.3mln.

Alastair Ferguson, chairman of Scirocco Energy PLC (AIM:SCIR), will tell the company’s annual meeting later Wednesday the sale of its Ruvuma asset in Tanzania to Wentworth Resources for up to US$16m was the ‘best available deal’ for the company. He said it removed ‘a major overhang while retaining exposure to the success case, and providing the balance sheet strength that allows us to pursue a new strategy focused on sustainable energy and the circular economy’.
i3 Energy PLC (AIM:I3E, TSX:ITE, OTC:ITEEF) announced its monthly dividend of 0.1425p per share, with shareholders as of Wednesday’s close expecting to receive payment on 2 September.
