Symphony Environmental Technologies' Ian Bristow joins Proactive to talk about a £1mln raise, as Bahamas-based investor Sea Pearl Ventures bought shares at 18p, a 5% discount to Friday’s closing price.
Bristow says the company is 'opportunity rich' and management wants to make sure Symphony has 'the right finances in the balance sheet to carry those opportunities through'.
He added that the company's rubber and plastic products are more environmentally friendly and are in demand.
