Ondo InsurTech PLC (LSE:ONDO)'s Craig Foster joins Proactive to talk through some of the highlights from its annual report & financial statements for the period ended 28th February 2022.
Foster explains the approval of the LeakBot Ltd acquisition by shareholders of Spinnaker Acquisitions Plc on 21st March 2022, alongside raising gross proceeds of £3.4 million through a fundraising.
He also talks about recently signing an agreement with insurance provider Admiral to provide its LeakBot product to customers in the UK.
