PlantX Life CEO Lorne Rapkin joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has announced a debt financing where the company may borrow up to 10 million dollars from an arm's length creditor.
Rapkin telling Proactive he felt this was the best way to fuel growth without going into a tough market to raise capital.
