Andromeda Metals Ltd (ASX:ADN) managing director James Marsh joins Proactive’s Andrew Scott to discuss a key halloysite-kaolin offtake deal with Asia Minerals Resources. The company will produce and supply up to 38,500 tonnes of the KCM™90 product – Andromeda’s number one product, intended for the ceramics market – over the first three years of operation under the offtake agreement. While the offtake price is confidential, Andromeda has well exceeded the expected pricing included in its definitive feasibility study (DFS), positioning it well for further commercialisation in the industry. The company has now locked-in offtake deals for three of its graded products from the Great White Kaolin Project and expects to ink more agreements for higher prices in the near future.
