MySize Inc has said its FirstLook Smart Mirror, which was recently featured on Israeli channel 13 as an innovative retail tool, is positioned to serve evolving shopping habits such as the rise of hybrid retail.
The company said FirstLook Smart Mirror was an interactive, mirror-like touch display that provided shoppers in physical stores with an enhanced, online shopping experience and contactless checkout. It can be placed in fitting rooms and other high-traffic, strategic locations, according to MySize.
The company highlighted an IBM Institute for Business Value report which showed that hybrid shopping - the mixing of physical and digital channels - is becoming one in four consumers’ preferred shopping methods. Per the report, Gen Z consumers were the most likely to be hybrid shoppers.

MySize CEO Ronen Luzon said the launch of the FirstLook Smart Mirror was ideally timed with the rise of hybrid shopping and with consumers' desire to reduce their environmental impact, which was significant as it related to apparel returns.
“MySize identified this opportunity early on, and we are now seeing strong interest in our smart mirror both from our current clients who are using MySizeID on their eCommerce sites, as well as from prospective new customers," Luzon said.
"Offering a hyper-personalized measurements profile, powered by a QR code, the mirror recommends to shoppers the best pieces for them based on the stock currently in store, along with an in-booth checkout option.”
MySize is an omnichannel eCommerce platform and provider of AI-driven measurement solutions to drive revenue growth and reduce costs for its business clients.
