Chesnara PLC (LSE:CSN)'s (Chesnara PLC (LSE:CSN)) Steve Murray, chief executive, talks to Proactive about the company's acquisition of the insurance portfolio of Conservatrix.
The deal adds around 70,000 new policies, and brings the total managed by Waard, its local subsidiary based in Amsterdam, to 165,000.
Murray says this demonstrates once again that 'we can get out there and find deals', as this marks the company’s third transaction of the past year and its seventh in the Netherlands.
