Vision Marine Technologies (NASDAQ:VMAR) CEO Alexandre Mongeon says the company is aiming for a big slice of the fast-growing market for electric boats with its E-Motion 180E, which he says is the world’s most powerful electric outboard engine.
Mongeon outlined some of the partnerships Mongeon has already secured, most recently with Groupe Beneteau, which aims to integrate Vision Marine motors across some of its models. He said the company is also testing boats for five original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
