Avicanna Inc (TSX:AVCN, OTCQX:AVCNF) CEO Aras Azadian says an Intellectual Property Licensing & Royalty Agreement with EI.Ventures Inc to develop and commercialize functional fungi-based products will demonstrate the company's scientific capabilities across alternative natural products.
Azadian told Proactive that Avicanna will lead the new product development efforts, leveraging its existing scientific platform and proprietary delivery systems to develop appropriately dosed and synergistic formulations of the new plant-based products.
