Amaroq Minerals Ltd has announced that on July 20, 2022, it was informed that Livermore Partners LLC, a company in which David Neuhauser, a non-executive director of Amaroq Minerals, is managing director, acquired a total of 14,000 common shares of the company. This brings Livermore Partners LLC's total holding to 12,054,210 shares or 6.80% of the capital.

World Copper Ltd has closed a first tranche of a previously announced private placement, issuing 4,264,414 units for gross proceeds of nearly $1.3 million. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase additional share for $0.60. Net proceeds from the offering are intended for exploration and development of the company's Escalones and Zonia assets, and general working capital, the company said. Additionally, the company announced that it has engaged Paradox Public Relations Inc.to provide investor relations services for 36 months.

VR Resources Ltd has revealed that it hit the broadest and strongest intersection to date of high-grade rare earth elements (REE's) and critical metals in Hole 13 from its 4,617-hectare Hecla-Kilmer (H-K) property in northern Ontario. The Vancouver-based junior exploration company focused on copper, gold and critical metals, emphasized the economic potential of the discovery noting that there is “continuous mineralization in potassic alteration over the entire 287-metre vertical hole.” VR said the strike length potential exceeds 1,000 metres (m) along the east-west structure which controls mineralization. The drill hole is 23 kilometers (km) northwest of the Ontario Northern Railroad, highway 634, and provincial grid power at the Otter Rapids hydroelectricity facility.

Victory Square Technologies Inc, which provides venture capital Investment access to a diverse portfolio of next-generation technology companies, has issued a corporate update, notably, showing the company’s net asset value (NAV) as of June 30, 2022, was roughly $89,704,469. The figure was issued based on Victory Square’s established practice of releasing NAV as part of its ongoing response to shareholder interest in receiving periodic information. NAV is calculated based on the latest audited valuations, third-party pricing agency valuations as well as unaudited management review valuations.

Electric Royalties Ltd said its royalty partners have announced new resource estimates and drilling results at its lithium assets in northwestern Ontario and Quebec, along with promising research into environmentally-friendly graphene, among other news from their royalty portfolio. The company’s CEO Brendan Yurik highlighted the advancement of their portfolio, with the two resource estimates announced last month, along with continued drilling at two more projects. "At our Cancet and Seymour Lake lithium royalties, we have seen very quick progress over the past year with nearly A$100 million raised by the operators and significant work programs completed since November, 2021,” Yurik wrote in a release.

Benchmark Metals Inc has told investors that the Kodah and Round Mountain occurrences at its flagship Lawyers gold-silver project could represent new discoveries. The explorer is currently completing data collection over these areas at the British Columbia property ahead of finalizing drill targets. Historical grab sampling in the area returned high grades, including 29.14 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 2,125.7 g/t silver. Also encountered was 18.86 g/t gold and 1,508.5 g/t silver, the company said.

Wellbeing Digital Sciences Inc said its wholly-owned subsidiary KGK Sciences Inc has entered into a research services agreement with Halucenex Life Sciences Inc, a psychedelic subsidiary of Creso Pharma. "We are thrilled to be working with Halucenex for their planned phase II clinical trials to test the efficacy of psilocybin on treatment-resistant Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)," Najla Guthrie, CEO of Wellbeing and KGK, said in a statement. Under the agreement, KGK will perform research services, including the development of the clinical trial protocol, preparations towards the phase II clinical trials, data management and validation, statistical analysis and drafting of the final report.

Tocvan Ventures Corp said it has successfully completed the latest stage of drilling at its Pilar Gold-Silver project in Sonora, Mexico, with initial metallurgical testing results showing over 85% gold recovery. Drilling focused on step-out targets along the 4-T and a newly-discovered trend between the Main Zone and 4-T. Seven drill holes totalling 1,382 meters were completed and intersected target horizons. "These initial results are encouraging and suggest the gold recovery of oxide material at Pilar has the potential to be relatively high," Tocvan CEO Brodie Sutherland said in a statement.

PowerTap Hydrogen Capital Corp has provided an update on municipal approvals and the corporate development activities of its wholly owned subsidiary PowerTap Hydrogen Fueling, which is focused on installing hydrogen fueling infrastructure in the US. PowerTap Hydrogen Fueling submitted an application for design review to the County of Monterey for the Carmel Center hydrogen station site in mid-May and expects the County to hold a design review hearing in October 2022, the company said in a corporate update. Following the design review hearing, PowerTap will submit an application for construction permits following the finalization of engineering design in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Marvel Discovery Corp said it has commenced the 2022 exploration program at the company's 100%-owned Gander North Property in June, with initial prospecting returning numerous evidence of quartz veins, including outcrop and float. Surface samples collected to-date have been submitted for assay, with results pending, the British Columbia-based emerging resource company said. "We are excited about our initial exploration program and pending results of our sampling,” Marvel CEO Karim Rayani said in a statement. “Initial evidence from prospecting and mapping suggests a geological environment conducive to orogenic gold deposits and occurrences of the Central Newfoundland gold belt."

Skye Bioscience Inc, a pharmaceutical company developing a proprietary, synthetic cannabinoid derivative to treat glaucoma, said it has selected NextPharma as its contract manufacturing organization (CMO) for its phase 2 clinical trial material. NextPharma is a European pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organization that supplies products globally from its nine sites. It provides services that range from pharmaceutical development, clinical supplies, scale-up and process validation to commercial manufacturing for a large range of dosage forms, Skye said, noting that NextPharma’s expertise enables it to provide a unique service in certain specialized areas such as ophthalmics. “Skye completed an extensive search and due diligence process to choose an ideal CMO to produce SBI-100 Ophthalmic Emulsion for its next stages of development and we are pleased that NextPharma has partnered with us on this project,” Punit Dhillon, CEO and chair of Skye said in a statement.

Standard Uranium Ltd announced that it has completed its spring/summer drill program at its flagship Davidson River uranium project in Saskatchewan, Canada, ahead of schedule and under budget, with the program finding intersections of elevated radioactivity. The company said its 4,107.7 metre, 10-hole drill program had followed up on prospective structures and alteration intersected during previous programs and tested brand new target areas. Highlights from the drill program include intersects of elevated radioactivity and significant lithological signatures of a basement-hosted uranium-bearing system and the identification of highly deformed and graphitic structural zones as new priority follow-up targets along the Thunderbird and Bronco trends.

Burcon NutraScience Corp and its joint venture company, Merit Functional Foods Corporation, have launched a new protein ingredient called Peazazz C pea protein. This protein will ensure ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages have a smooth and grit-free texture, according to a release, without the chalkiness often associated with plant-based beverage applications. Peazazz C has low viscosity, allowing food formulators to achieve a smooth, pleasant texture without sedimentation even at higher, double-digit protein inclusion levels.

Sidus Space Inc has announced that it has completed the fabrication of the first set of hardware in support of NASA’s Artemis Program and their Space Launch System (SLS) Manned Vehicle. The company said, as a subcontractor, it was responsible for the build, qualification, and testing of Umbilical Quick Disconnects for the Environmental Control System on the Universal Stage Adapter for NASA’s SLS. The fabrication of the first set of hardware was completed to support umbilical testing at Jacob’s Launch Equipment Test Facility at Kennedy Space Center and was delivered last week, Sidus Space said. NASA reviewed and approved the hardware earlier this month.

Cabral Gold Inc has unveiled more encouraging drill results from its PDM target at its Cuiú Cuiú gold project in Brazil. The latest assays hail from nine additional reverse circulation (RC) holes drilled to test the recently identified gold-in-oxide blanket at the PDM target, which sits 2.5 kilometres (km) north-west of the Central gold deposit in a trend known as the Central Trend, which has been traced for over 5 km of strike. Within this trend, sit the Central gold deposit, Central SE target, Central North target, Mutum target and PDM target. "These latest RC results from the PDM target further demonstrate the presence of a higher-grade core within the unconsolidated oxide blanket, but perhaps more importantly they indicate the possible presence of a second primary mineralized zone in the underlying basement granitic rocks," Alan Carter, Cabral's CEO said in a statement.

SoLVBL Solutions Inc said it has entered into a product development agreement with Bit Complete Inc to develop an administrative web application to enhance the user experience of SoLVBL's cybersecurity and data authentication products. This follows the successful completion of the user experience/user interface design project with KRFTWRK Inc, the company noted. "We are very excited to be working with Bit Complete to develop an enhanced, scalable and intuitive account management application for our institutional and corporate clients," SoLVBL president and CEO Kaiser Akbar commented in a statement.

Mirasol Resources Ltd has reported encouraging drill results from the phase IV diamond drill campaign funded by Silver Sands Resources at the Virginia silver project in Argentina, which have underscored the asset's potential. Mirasol struck an option-to-purchase deal on the project in 2020 and will gain a 19.9% stake in Silver Sands and a 3% net smelter returns (NSR) royalty if it is exercised. "Virginia is one of Mirasol's key projects located in a prolific silver mining district," Mirasol president Tim Heenan told investors in a statement. "The latest drill results continue to confirm the strong potential to build on Virginia's current resource base within this very prospective silver-rich epithermal vein field."

Looking Glass Labs Ltd (LGL) has announced that its wholly-owned studio, House of Kibaa (HoK), has been confirmed to be exhibiting its live-action GenZeroes series at Comic-Con International in San Diego from July 21-24, 2022. HoK will have a 30-foot by 10-foot booth set up at Comic-Con to provide attendees with an immersive walk-through experience of GenZeroes including daily autograph sessions with its key actors and contributors. Argentina Lithium & Energy Corp said it has won the public tender to purchase 100% interest of the Rinconcita II mining concession area located on the Salar de Rincon in Salta Province, Argentina from provincially-owned Recursos Energeticos y Mineros Salta S.A. (REMSA). The property consists of 460.5 hectares of salt flat, located adjacent to and east of Argentina Lithium's Rincon West property, and adjacent to and west of Rincon Mining's Rincon Project, which was purchased by Rio Tinto PLC earlier this year. "Our team identified the Salar de Rincon as an area of exceptional potential in 2021, leading to our initial property acquisition at Rincon West,” Nikolaos Cacos, president and CEO of the company said in a statement.

Great Panther Mining Limited, a growth-oriented precious metals producer focused on the Americas, has posted impressive second-quarter production results from its two wholly-owned operating mines - Tucano in Brazil and Topia in Mexico. For the period ended June 30, 2022, the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company reported consolidated metal production of 20,187 gold equivalent ounces (Au eq oz), inclusive of 16,889 gold ounces (Au oz) and 159,529 silver ounces. The company posted total gold production at Tucano of 16,629 Au oz, while it clocked up total silver equivalent production at Topia of 266,893 silver equivalent ounces (Ag eq oz). "The second quarter was transformational for Great Panther with the announcement of the agreement to sell our Mexican assets," Great Panther interim CEO and chair Alan Hair said in a statement.

Vicinity Motor Corp has announced that its VMC 1200 Class 3 electric trucks have been found eligible for Transport Canada’s new incentive program for medium and heavy-duty zero-emission vehicles (iMHZEV) which makes buying or leasing zero-emission vehicles more affordable. The company said the C$550 million iMHZEV program offered point-of-sale incentives for Canadian organizations and businesses which buy or lease an approved MHZEV, ranging from C$10,000 to C$200,000 depending on the vehicle type. Vicinity Motor CEO William Trainer said the iMHZEV program was a continuation of the Canadian government’s substantial efforts to enable organizations and businesses to electrify their fleets.

Los Andes Copper Ltd has said it can now resume drilling at the Vizcachitas Copper Project after the Second Environmental Court in Chile revised a preliminary injunction issued on March 18, 2022, which had suspended drilling. The company said it had prepared and filed several scientific reports, technical studies and legal opinions following the injunction to show that the drilling program is compatible with the protection of the Andean Cat and the overall environment. The latest court decision, delivered on 20 July, 2022, authorized Los Andes Copper to continue drilling at the Vizcachitas project, with certain operational conditions, including a restricted drilling plan for the first 12 months proposed by the company, it said.

Empress Royalty Corp announced that the Manica gold mine in Mozambique has successfully completed its first gold pour. Empress owns a 3.375% gold royalty on the Manica gold mine, which is operated by Mutapa Mining & Processing (MMP) LDA. Now that the first gold has been poured, MMP expects production to begin by the end of the year. "The first gold pour at Manica is very exciting and a further example of Empress delivering on our strategy as another asset reaches production within 15 months of investment,” CEO Alexandra Woodyer Sherron said in a statement. “With this development, Empress will have three cash-flowing investments in the portfolio which are projected to generate significant revenue in the coming years."

Melkior Resources Inc told investors that the Toronto Venture Exchange has greenlighted its previously announced option deal to buy all of the Genex project in Ontario - an advanced, formerly producing gold-copper VMS exploration target with significant near-term resource potential. This allows the explorer to make the initial cash payment of C$50,000 and issue 500,000 shares to optionor International Explorers & Prospectors Inc (IEP) to begin the earn-in for the first option stage. Under the terms, Melkior has a right to earn 100% interest through two options, subject to a net smelter return royalty (NSR) of up to 2.25% on certain of the claims. The Genex project sits around 20 kilometres west of Timmins and borders Melkior's Carscallen project on the northeast boundary. It comprises 70 claims, six patents and one partial lease totaling 1,616 hectares (ha) and has good access.

Zynerba Pharmaceuticals Inc said it has entered into an equity purchase agreement for up to $20 million with Chicago-based institutional investor Lincoln Park Capital Fund LLC (LPC), in a move that will provide the company with financial flexibility in the clinical development of its Zygel CBD gel. Under the terms of the deal, Zynerba will have the right, but not the obligation, to sell to LPC up to $20 million worth of shares of its common stock over the 36-month term of the agreement. The company said it intends to use any net proceeds from the sale of its common stock to LPC for working capital and general corporate purposes, including research and development expenses and capital expenditures. "We are excited to enter into this transaction with Lincoln Park Capital and believe that this agreement provides us with another opportunity to access capital in an efficient manner," Jim Fickenscher, chief financial officer and vice president, corporate development of Zynerba said in a statement.

VanadiumCorp Resources Inc has announced a non-brokered flow-through (FT) financing of up to $1 million and non-flow-through (NFT) financing of up to $3 million for total aggregate proceeds of up to $4 million. The company said it will use the net proceeds from the financing for exploration and metallurgical testing on its wholly-owned mineral properties and general corporate purposes. VanadiumCorp also announced that, in establishing a renewed focus on business fundamentals, Gilles Dupuis has accepted the appointment as a director of the company. The company noted that Dupuis is a well-respected engineering professional with 49 years of experience in the design, finance, construction, and operation of major engineering projects in Quebec and worldwide. He held senior leadership positions in the engineering firm BPR Inc. and, upon a merger, with Tetra Tech Inc.

HealthLynked Corp announced that it has added a new member to the company's advisory board, welcoming former owner and insurance industry executive Paul Norman. Norman is the founder and former CEO of NU Holdings Inc, a national insurance company that is focused on developing and wholesaling industry-specific programs. Norman’s company built a professional distribution network of more than 3,000 contracted independent agents while owning several non-premium producing subsidiaries, including Thorn Valley Enterprises, a national loss control and risk management company, and Topic Design, a marketing and advertising firm.

Golden Arrow Resources Corporation said it has terminated its option for the Libanesa Silver-Gold Project in Argentina. Per its obligations as announced on October 12, 2021, Golden Arrow has met and exceeded its minimum commitment, through an exploration program that included field mapping, surface sampling, trenching and 1,716 metres of drilling. The company has informed the vendor that it will not be continuing with the option and instead Golden Arrow will focus its efforts on its new San Pietro copper-gold-cobalt project in Chile, and on its portfolio of projects in Argentina.

SWMBRD Sports Inc (CSE:SWIM) has announced that it held its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, in Vancouver, British Columbia. All of the motions proposed in the Notice of Annual General and Special Meeting dated June 20, 2022, were approved by the shareholders, with the exception that Chris Kypriotis, director and chairman of the board of directors of SWMBRD, withdrew his consent to act as a director prior to the meeting and as such his nomination and election to the board did not proceed. Accordingly, Kypriotis is no longer a director of the company, although he is still engaged by the company as a consultant. The total number of common shares represented by shareholders present in person or by proxy at the meeting was 39,928,947, representing 56.87% of the company's outstanding common shares. MedX Health Corp said the TSX Venture Exchange has consented to an extension in the expiry date of 2.6 million warrants with an original expiry date of July 31, 2022, to a new expiry date of December 31, 2023. These warrants were issued under a private placement of 2.6 million shares with 2.6 million share purchase warrants attached at an exercise price of 20 cents, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective August 12, 2020.
