enCore Energy Corp. (TSX-V:EU, OTCQB:ENCUF) executive chairman William M Sheriff shared details of the appointment of Gregory Zerzan as the company's chief administrative officer and general counsel, effective July 15, 2022.
Sheriff told Proactive told Proactive that Zerzan brings a wealth of experience and expertise in public affairs and legislative and regulatory relations, having worked successfully in both the public and private sectors with a specialty in the energy and natural resources industries.
It was a "once in a lifetime opportunity" to appoint someone with Zerzan's background and character, he added.
