MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd (LSE:MXC, OTC:MGCLF, ASX:MXC) has strengthened its team with the appointment of experienced pharmaceutical industry executive Robert Clements to the newly created position of chief commercial officer.
This new role brings together oversight and leadership of all the company’s key commercial functions including business development, marketing and sales.
It also completes a restructure of key executive roles for the European-based bio-pharma company specialising in the production and development of phytomedicines. The restructure includes the establishment of a UK-based corporate team.

Meantime, Angela Marie Graham has started her duties as the company's new London-based chief financial officer.

Notable experience
Clements brings with him more than 30 years of international experience in the pharmaceuticals sector, having previously held several senior roles in business development, commercial and marketing.
Most recently, he was vice president of business development of the international rare medicines division of Sciences Rare, an international pharmaceutical services company based in the Netherlands, specialising in the provision of rare disease medicines.
