Why Siren Gold is one to watch

Why Siren Gold is one to watch

Martin Place Securities Ltd's Barry Dawes speaks with Proactive’s Elisha Newell about the recently released research note put out on Siren Gold. Dawes discusses the potential of the company, including where it sits compared to its peers and highlights the similarities between Siren’s New Zealand based Alexander River project and the famed Fosterville mine in the Victorian Goldfields. Fosterville has been producing over 31 grams per tonne (g/t) and has a resource of over $2 million ounces at 60 g/t. The structural setting and age between Alexander and Fosterville are very similar. Siren has cash, a good strategy and a strong board. The company is looking at high grade goldfields operated in the late 1800s in New Zealand and is acquiring tenements in an area that is in its early stage of renaissance. Siren has acquisition momentum and resource momentum and is looking to take its current 588,000 ounce resource in one deposit to 2.7 million ounces in two years.
