UGE International Ltd. (OTCQB:UGEIF, TSX-V:UGE) CEO Nick Blitterswyk says the solar sector is the fastest growing source of energy in the US.
Speaking to Proactive, he added that UGE is one of the fastest growing companies in the sector. In fact, the company reported a 35% increase in its project backlog to 195MW for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022.
In total, UGE now has 381MW of projects in development and a pre-development pipeline (stages 1 and 2) in excess of 900MW.
"We're very much in the right place at the right time and we have twelve-and-a-half years of execution experience building out these projects," Blitterswyk said.
