Totally PLC (AIM:TLY), a frontline healthcare services provider and wellbeing company, reported a "substantial" increase in full-year profit and said recent acquisitions present chances to grow organically.
Profit before tax for the 12 months ending 31 March 2022 grew to £1.3mln from £100,000, while underlying earnings (EBITDA) increased by 24% to £6.2 mln and revenue climbed 12% to £127.4mln.
The group was also able to double its dividend to 1p per share.
Operationally, Totally was awarded £59mln worth of new contracts during the period, with contract extensions totalling £72mln, underpinning recurring revenue.
It also completed the acquisitions of Pioneer Health Care and Energy Fitness Professionals.
In its earnings statement, the company said “recent acquisitions and new opportunities within existing business areas present opportunities to grow organically”, which is in line with its buy and build strategy.
For the year, the group will continue with its growth strategy, while also ensuring it maintains the delivery of high-quality services.
Totally is also targeting further investment in its workforce, as well as committing to the UK’s net-zero targets.
