Zinc8 Energy Solution CEO Ron McDonald joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news he has met with U.S Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer in which Schumer has pledged his support to help the company establish a manufacturing facility in Ulster, NY's former TechCity Site location. MacDonald told Proactive the meeting went well and Schumer will help as the company looks for a site to build. Schumer also said he will also help to secure funding from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act which has 6 billion for federal incentives meant to expand capabilities of the U.S.-based battery research and development.
