Kavango Resources takes back control of its Kalahari Copper Belt and Ditau licences in deal with Power Metal

Kavango Resources PLC (LSE:KAV, OTC:KVGOF) chief executive Ben Turney joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with details of a transaction with Power Metal Resources, which will result in the conditional disposal of Power's 50% interest in the Kanye Resource joint venture to Kavango.

Turney telling Proactive that after a period of considerable support from Power Metal, Kavango is now in a position to regain complete ownership of its crucial prospecting licences in the Kalahari Copper Belt and at Ditau.

He also provided an update on the company's projects.
