Caerus Minerals launches 'Rule of Origin' strategic review

Compliance with RoO for electric automotive products means they are tariff and quota-free.

Caerus Mineral Resources has launched a strategic review of its Cyprus-based exploration and resource development assets to ensure they comply with "Rules of Origin" (RoO) under the EU-UK Trade and Co-operation Agreement (TCA).

This review follows the recent strategic alliance signed with Australian group EVM Metals, which is using Caerus as its preferred vehicle to develop mining and production projects to meet its clean energy plans in Europe.

Chris Lambert, Caerus’s executive chairman, and CEO Charles Long will assess Caerus' existing asset portfolio as both stand-alone development projects and in the context of their ability to meet EVM's significant resource demand.

Compliance with RoO for electric automotive products means they are tariff and quota-free.
