The 23,785 ounces of gold produced in the three months ended June 30 is an increase of 11% quarter over quarter, for a total of 45,128 oz produced in the first half of 2022.
AEX Gold Inc announced that it plans to change its name to Amaroq Minerals Ltd on July 11, 2022. The name change will be effective July 12, 2022 and is subject to acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange and AIM. Effective at the start of trading on or about July 12, 2022, the company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and AIM under the new name and the new stock symbol "AMRQ".

Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd has announced that a geophysical survey is currently underway at its Telegraph Copper-Gold Project in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle. The program involves ground geophysics (induced polarization and magnetotellurics) and on-site shortwave infrared analysis of rock samples, which is used to identify alteration minerals that may be associated with mineralization, the company said. The goal is to define drill targets and establish a better understanding of the overall geological setting on the property over the next few weeks.

American Eagle Gold Corp said it has decided to make a strategic shift to focus on exploration in Canada as it confirmed plans to change the name of the company to Drillore Exploration Inc. The news came as the company announced that at its annual and special meeting of its shareholders held on June 3, 2022, each item of business placed before the shareholders was approved, including the re-election of the current board of directors and the change of the name. The company said its focus will be exploring the NAK copper-gold porphyry project in Central British Columbia (BC). Since the acquisition of NAK in December 2021, an extraordinary amount of work has been put into the property, justifying the company's decision to focus its attention on exploring this property. Therefore, American Eagle said, it will exit the USA and focus on expanding its presence in BC by making a discovery, defining a resource at NAK and further consolidating the area.
