ImmuPharma PLC (AIM:IMM, OTC:IMMPF) said its partner in developing Lupuzor, a potential treatment for the autoimmune disease Lupus, has received quick confirmation from the US drug regulator for a 'Type C' meeting by the end of next month.
Avion Pharmaceuticals sought the meeting to obtain final guidance on its imminent phase III trial of Lupuzor.

Alkaid-2 is Pantheon’s first horizontal well on the Alaska North Slope (ANS) and it is using Nabors 105AC, a larger rig than used in previous drilling, for the multiple functions planned.
Sovereign Metals Ltd (ASX:SVM, AIM:SVML) has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mitsui & Co Ltd, one of Japan's largest trading houses, with the intention of establishing a marketing alliance and offtake for 30,000 tonnes of natural rutile annually from the world-class Kasiya Rutile Project in Malawi.
This MoU creates an alliance between the two parties to jointly market Sovereign’s rutile across Asia and other markets.
