Cerillion PLC (AIM:CER) has agreed terms on a 10-year contract, worth around £15mln, with a new telecommunications customer.
This contract continues the trend shown over the last two years of winning larger, software-as-a-service-based contracts, said the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider.
Under the contract, its BSS/OSS suite will replace an existing system in what it said was a significant digital transformation project.
It will supply and implement the solution, providing it within a private cloud deployment, as well as offering managed services, maintenance and support.
The new customer, a full-service network operator and service provider, is the biggest of its kind in its territory.
“We see this win as further proof of increasing market recognition of the quality of our pre-integrated solution and the clear commercial advantages it offers,” Louis Hall, Cerillion chief executive, said.
Shares jumped 4.3% to 980p on Wednesday morning.
