Plurilock Security Inc. (TSX-V:PLUR) said it has received a purchase order for its DEFEND Persisted continuous authentication solution from customer service platform provider Agents Only.
The deal represents “a major sale” of the DEFEND Persisted technology offering, Plurilock said in a statement. The technology is a result of cooperation between Plurilock and Absolute Software (TSX:ABT), a leader in self-healing endpoint and secure access solutions.
Agents Only is a pioneer in the gig customer experience, GigCX, market. Its revolutionary contact center platform connects companies with a global talent pool of professional specialists, in a scale on-demand gig-based service model.
