Moho Resources Ltd (ASX:MOH) has appointed Ralph Winters as managing director following the retirement of founding managing director Shane Sadleir effective today to spend more time on private interests.
Sadleir will transfer to a non-executive director role and, as such, will continue to provide technical and corporate services to the company on an as-needs basis.
This has seen former commercial director and company secretary Ralph Winters step up into the managing director role, complemented by his deep understanding of all strategic and operational aspects of MOH.

“The board would like to thank Shane for his outstanding contribution since before the company listed in 2018,” Moho Resources chair Terry Streeter said.
“I look forward to working with Moho’s new executive team led by Ralph with their renewed exploration focus on nickel and critical metals so important for a greener future.”
Moho says these board changes are complemented by the previously announced appointment of Wouter Denig as chief geologist.
Denig has 30 years’ experience in mineral exploration, having worked in exploration leadership positions with Codrus Minerals, Western Areas, IGO Ltd, MPI and Polaris Metals exploring for nickel sulphides, base metals and gold throughout Western Australia. He holds a Master’s Degree of Geology Majoring in Structural Geology.
