Cornerstone FS PLC (AIM:CSFS) chief executive Julian Wheatland says the company has made good progress since listing on London Stock Exchange's AIM market last year.
Wheatland told Proactive that Cornerstone had met its strategic objectives, including strong growth in its revenue and margins as it increased its direct client base.
He also touched on recent board changes, which saw non-executive chairman Elliott Mannis stepping down for personal reasons. He'll be replaced by non-executive director Gareth Edwards. Chief technology officer Stephen Flynn is also leaving, with chief information officer Bill Newton assuming his duties.
