Reabold Resources PLC (AIM:RBD) said it has appointed Anthony Samaha, who previously served as acting finance director of the company, as a non-executive director.
Samaha’s new role follows the appointment of Chris Connolly as chief financial officer of Reabold on 13 May this year, the investment company focused on the natural resources sector said in a statement.
