Bloomsbury Publishing PLC (LSE:BMY) has been named Company of the Year at the annual Small Cap Awards, which recognise and reward the achievements of smaller quoted companies.
“We are delighted to have been presented with Small Cap Network's Company of the Year Award for 2022. We are really proud of our achievements and progress over the past year and are thrilled that we have been recognised through this award,” said Nigel Newton, chief executive of Bloomsbury.

We particularly owe this award to our brilliant authors and illustrators and I would like to thank them."

Other companies shortlisted for the 2022 Company of the Year Award included Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC (AIM:BKS), Brickability Group PLC (AIM:BRCK), CentralNic Group PLC (AIM:CNIC), Eagle Eye Solutions Group PLC (AIM:EYE), Kin & Carta PLC, Equals Group PLC (AIM:EQLS) and Totally PLC (AIM:TLY).
