CiiTECH Ltd is pushing ahead with a stock market listing with its founder and chief executive Clifton Flack targeting a 2023 IPO for the cannabis-related business.
Flack says market volatility and geopolitical events had delayed the company's ambitions to join the stock exchange, but it had continued to develop its model to benefit from the growing greater market acceptance of natural, holistic CBD and cannabis products.
