Cornerstone FS announced that non-exec chairman Elliott Mannis is stepping down from August for personal reasons while Stephen Flynn, chief technology officer, is also leaving.
Gareth Edwards will step up from non-exec to become the new chair of the cloud-based payments specialist while chief information officer Bill Newton will assume Flynn's CTO duties.
Mannis said: “I leave the role of chairman in the very capable hands of Gareth, whom I have worked with closely since my appointment.
Stephen Flynn added: "Having been part of the team that has built the business from its infancy, prior to the acquisition by Cornerstone, I am very proud of what we achieved.
“Accordingly, I feel now is the right time for me to seek opportunities where I can use my experience and expertise to work with other companies looking to produce innovative technologies."
Cornerstone FS also said that it will need to raise more money in the coming eighteen months even though sales are bounding ahead.
Revenues were up 38% to £2.3mln in 2021 including a 75% jump in the second half, it said.
Momentum was continuing into the current year, added Julian Wheatland, chief executive, who predicted another big jump in sales in 2022.
Losses, though, also rose in 2021 to £4.2mln (£2.2mln), which included £1.9mln in share awards.
Cash at the year-end was £280,000 since when Cornerstone FS has raised £870,000 alongside its acquisition of Capital Currencies.
