Clean Air Metals files Q1 2022 report showing total assets of $45.35 million

The junior explorer ended the first quarter with total assets of $45.35 million, cash of $7.26 million and working capital of $5.85 million

Clean Air Metals Inc (TSX-V:AIR, OTCQB:CLRMF) has filed its results for the three-month period to April 30, 2022.

The junior explorer, which is developing its flagship high-grade polymetallic Thunder Bay North project, ended the first quarter with total assets of $45.35 million, cash of $7.26 million and working capital of $5.85 million, according to the Q1 2022 statement.

During the period, Clean Air Metals raised around $12.5 million in a private placement and completed 34 holes on the Escape deposit for a cumulative total of 13,103 metres of drilling.

The company also signed an exploration agreement with Fort William First Nation, Red Rock Indian Band and the Biinjitiwaabik Zaaging Anishinaabek, which confirms a framework for a mutually beneficial relationship between the co-operating participants regarding the Clean Air’s Thunder Bay North project.

Clean Air Metals' flagship asset is the 100% owned, high grade Thunder Bay North project, a platinum, palladium, copper, nickel project located near the City of Thunder Bay, Ontario and the Lac des Iles mine owned by Impala Platinum.
