KULR Technology Group Inc announced that it has received a follow-on order for its space-developed phase change material (PCM) heat sink technology from aerospace and defense giant Lockheed Martin Corporation. The manufacturer of carbon fiber thermal management technologies for batteries and electronic systems said its PCM heat sink technology is compact, reliable, and lightweight and has been utilized by leaders in the US aerospace and defense industries. “Repeat business like this is a testament to our reliable engineering, testing, and design capabilities that meet the stringent requirements of long-range weapon systems,” KULR President Keith Cochran said in a statement.

Gratomic Inc announced that it has successfully completed the first stage of the diamond drilling program at its Aukam graphite project in Namibia. The graphite projects developer said 16 holes, totaling 1,218.9 metres, were drilled during this stage, with all holes intercepting graphite veins as expected. Gratomic noted that assay results are expected within 30 days, enabling the geological modelling of the drilled mineralization to be completed and quantified, as well as defining and pursuing new drill targets.

Sanatana Resources Inc announced it has kicked off its field program at the Oweegee copper-gold project in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle. The Canadian junior resource company is planning to drill 5,000 metres on the porphyry project, following a recently completed ASTER survey that indicated the Molloy zone could house a copper-gold porphyry. The drill rig is scheduled to arrive at the end of June, and coring is slated to begin on July 1.

Pacific Empire Minerals Corp announced that diamond drilling has commenced at its flagship Jean Marie copper project in British Columbia. The company has delineated two high-priority drill targets for the 2022 season, identified by a comprehensive exploration program conducted during 2021. The Jean Marie property is a 12,000-hectare copper-molybdenum-silver-gold porphyry prospect located 50 kilometers (km) south of Northwest Copper's Kwanika Copper-Gold deposit and 50 km west of Centerra Gold's Mt. Milligan Copper-Gold Mine in central BC.

LQwD Fintech Corp announced it has launched 17 international routing nodes of Lightning Network. The company told investors that the move positions it to secure future routing fees in a “rapidly expanding” global payments network. "Since launching our first Lightning Network node in November 2021, LQwD's nodes have already routed over 72 BTC and over 36,000 transactions, which is extremely encouraging in these early stages," CEO Shone Anstey said in a statement.

Globex Mining Enterprises Inc announced that the Globex/Agnico Eagle 50-50 joint venture in Cadillac Township, Quebec has been terminated. The joint venture covered approximately 4 kilometers of the gold localizing Cadillac Break and included the Central Cadillac, Wood and Pandora 3 historical gold mines, the company said. The parties agreed to terminate the venture with each company retaining the claims that they contributed, therefore Globex now retains a 100% interest in the Central Cadillac and Wood Gold Mine properties, including the Ironwood gold discovery (243,200 tonnes grading 17.26 grams per ton of gold for 136,000 contained ounces). As a first step, the company has purchased a 48.33% interest in the underlying 2% net smelter return on the Wood/Ironwood claims for $220,000 in Globex shares priced at $1.24 per share.

Copper Fox Metals Inc and its subsidiary Desert Fox Copper Inc have announced the results of the high-resolution airborne magnetic and radiometric survey on the 100%-owned Sombrero Butte copper project in Arizona, USA. "The spatial correlation of the copper-molybdenum mineralization, chargeability and K/Th anomalies, alteration zoa, ing, mineralized breccia pipes to the magnetic susceptibility body suggests a buried porphyry system located to the east of a N30W trending, west-dipping normal fault,” Elmer B. Stewart, President, and CEO of Copper Fox, said in a statement. “The 2022 airborne survey increases our geological understanding and confidence in the porphyry potential of the property. Compilation of all exploration data from the project is underway; the results of which will be used to determine next steps to advance the project," he added.

Clean Air Metals Inc has filed its results for the three-month period to April 30, 2022. The junior explorer, which is developing its flagship high-grade polymetallic Thunder Bay North project, ended the first quarter with total assets of $45.35 million, cash of $7.26 million and working capital of $5.85 million, according to the Q1 2022 statement. During the period, Clean Air Metals raised around $12.5 million in a private placement and completed 34 holes on the Escape deposit for a cumulative total of 13,103 metres of drilling.

CULT Food Science Corp said it has made a strategic investment into Compound Foods, a San Francisco, California-based company working to produce a cell-based coffee alternative that tastes, smells and looks just like traditional coffee. The investment platform focused on cellular agriculture said it is aligned with Compound in its quest to increase global food security by providing more stability to the production of key food commodities like coffee. “It is essential to our future as humans on Earth to invest and support companies that not only have innovative ideas but also are motivated to make the world a better place, which we believe Compound encompasses fully,” CULT CEO Lejjy Gafour said in a statement.

Kodiak Copper Corp has unveiled significant results from the first four drill holes of a 25,000-metre 2022 drill program at its 100%-owned MPD copper-gold porphyry project in southern British Columbia. The Vancouver-based company said the initial 2022 drilling has focused on infill drilling in the sparsely-drilled southern Gate Zone to test continuity of the copper-gold-silver mineralization within up to 200 metres. New results in drill holes MPD-22-002 and MPD-22-004 confirm wide intervals of significant mineralization between earlier drill holes in the area, suggesting high potential for strong continuity of mineralization similar to the northern discovery area of Gate, it added. "Our 2022 drill program is progressing well and we are pleased with our continued drilling success at the Gate Zone,” Claudia Tornquist, president and CEO of Kodiak said in a statement.

Mednow Inc said its Liver Care Canada subsidiary has entered into a partnership agreement with HepCURE, a non-profit company and one of Canada's leading hepatitis C screening and treatment providers, to achieve the goal of eliminating hepatitis C in the country by 2030. Liver Care Canada will now offer its patients access to HepCURE's programming and services to further improve medication adherence and optimize treatment outcomes. "This is the first time two providers that treat hepatitis C have joined forces to share their knowledge and expertise to make a significant impact on elimination of hepatitis C in Canada,” said Karim Ragheb, CEO of Liver Care Canada in a statement.

Goldshore Resources Inc said new assay results from its Moss Lake project in Ontario has confirmed high-grade gold mineralization at the property. The company's CEO Brett Richards said that the results support Goldshore’s belief that Moss Lake is much larger in depth, width and along strike than the historical resource outlines. Vancouver-based Goldshore is in the midst of a 100,000-metre drill program to define and expand high-grade structural zones within the deposit to improve the overall grade and volume beyond the historical resource.

Railtown AI Technologies Inc has provided an update on its corporate performance, noting that it experienced greater than 250% user growth over the last two quarters. The artificial intelligence (AI)-driven Software as a Service (SaaS) provider noted that since December 2021, the company has seen significant organic growth in user sign-ups with 30 new companies using its technology. Railtown AI also said it is anticipating similar user growth upon the future releases of Railtown for NodeJS, Railtown for Java, and Railtown for Python.

Unigold Inc has said it is continuing to advance its Candelones oxide project in the Dominican Republic, saying it expects to publish a feasibility study, an environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA), and an approved exploitation concession licence during the third quarter this year. The company is converting the 2021 preliminary economic assessment (PEA) for the project into a feasibility level study and noted that infill drilling of inferred resource blocks was completed in the first quarter this year. Metallurgical work is likely continue into 2023 and the report will be based on testwork completed to date, it added. Unigold said it expects to release the results of feasibility level engineering, including updated capital and operating cost estimates, in the third quarter of 2022.

Predictmedix Inc. said it has received a letter of intent (LOI) from KaTron Defence Space and Simulation Technologies for the deployment of 80 Safe Entry Stations. The company said KaTron—a leading provider of simulation products and services for aviation and aerospace—would deploy the Safe Entry Stations at their corporate headquarters in Turkey along with providing them to international clients. Predictmedix said the LOI reflects subscription fees of at least US$1.4 million per year (C$1.85 million) pending the receipt of results from an ongoing clinical study on Safe Entry Stations to screen for symptoms of infectious diseases and signs of impairment from cannabis and alcohol being carried out at a North American hospital in a peer-reviewed publication.

The Good Shroom Co Inc has disclosed its financial & operational information for the quarter ended April 30, 2022 (Q3 2022) which saw its sales revenue jump to $419,397 compared to $65,470 for the same quarter in the prior year, equating to growth of 6.4 times. The company said the majority of this revenue was derived from its hash and cannabis teas in Quebec and the rest from its functional mushroom beverages. Gross profit margins were $93,877 compared to $7,067 in the same quarter of 2021, the firm added, while its operating loss was $229,994 compared to $2,521,727 in the same quarter last year.

Adastra Holdings Ltd said its CEO Michael Forbes has published a letter to shareholders, in which he has laid out the company’s progress and established strategic areas of focus for the future after roughly a year on the job. Chief among those goals is manufacturing alternative plant-medicine treatments such as capsules and tinctures for sale in the medical market. To do that, Forbes wants to maximize the potential of Adastra's wholly-owned PerceiveMD platform, which assesses patients seeking alternative treatments and provides documentation to enable access. The company has submitted a Medical Sales Licence application to Health Canada, which will allow it to manufacture and sell medical cannabis product formats to the Canadian medical market, Forbes said. “We believe PerceiveMD addresses the gap that exists in the market today for a patient access platform,” the CEO wrote. “Having this online platform in-house provides us with an advantage over many of our peers to meet the existing demand that we believe is underserved today.”

Progressive Planet Solutions Inc has announced that its bestselling product Activated Barn Fresh has been approved for use in Canadian organic production. Activated Barn Fresh, a poultry litter ammonia control product, appeared in the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) Canada Products List, confirming it can be used in certified organic production in accordance with the Canadian Organic Standards, Progressive Planet told shareholders. The product is the only organic-appropriate acidifier used to reduce ammonia in commercial broiler barns, according to Kamloops-based Progressive Planet.

Western Magnesium Corp has told investors that magnesium metal production at its commercial pilot plant in Harrison County, Ohio, USA, announced earlier this month, has been an "overwhelming success". The company is currently in a so-called "calibration and optimization phase" at the plant, which will continue until satisfactory operating parameters are defined. This will then be used to validate the industrial process for commercialization - the final stage in the research and development (R&D) of Western Magnesium's new process.

NioCorp Developments Ltd said it has filed a technical report in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 regarding its previously announced 2022 feasibility study on its Elk Creek critical minerals project in Nebraska. The company said the 659-page report supported the results of the previously released feasibility study that confirmed the project has the second-largest indicated-or-better rare earth resource in the United States, second only to MP Materials’ Mountain Pass deposit in California. According to the feasibility study, the Elk Creek mineral resource contains various amounts of all rare earth elements.

Fabled Copper Corp has announced additional results of the 2021 surface field work on its Muskwa copper project, which comprises the Neil, the Toro and the Bronson properties in British Columbia. The junior mining exploration company said the northeast to east northeast-trending zones of trans tensional deformation may represent fertile zones of copper-cobalt mineralization and should be mapped and sampled in detail to better understand the three-dimensional geometry.

Mindset Pharma Inc told investors it has developed a new, patent-pending technology, which can deliver its next generation of psychedelic medicines intranasally. The new platform leverages the company's unique platform technology, altering the pharmacokinetics profile of the active pharmaceutical ingredient and can deliver improved central nervous system (CNS) penetration of the medicines, the company said. This means the potential for reducing dose level, speeding uptake and out-take from the brain, along with reducing peripheral side-effects, it added. "The intranasal formulation technology further enhances Mindset's portfolio of complementary scientific assets," said James Lanthier, CEO of Mindset Pharma, in a statement.

American Resources Corporation announced that the special purpose acquisition (SPAC) vehicle it sponsored has entered a merger agreement with a next-generation royalty company that will result in the combined company listing on Nasdaq. The deal will see American Acquisition Opportunity Inc (AMAO) merge with Royalty Management Corp and take the name Royalty Management Company. The resulting company will continue to be based in Fishers, Indiana. The combination values RMC at an implied $111 million pro forma enterprise value, at a price of $10 per share, assuming no redemptions by AMAO shareholders, the company said. Both boards of directors have approved the deal, which is expected to occur in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Infinity Stone Ventures Corp has announced the closing of the first tranche of a financing through the issuance of 1,341,666 units at a price of $0.15 per unit, for gross proceeds of $201,250. Each unit is comprised of one Class A Subordinate Voting Share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable into one share at a price of $0.30 for a period of three years from the date of issuance. In connection with the first tranche, the company issued 56,000 finders' warrants, and paid a cash fee of $8,400 to certain finders. Each finders' warrant is exercisable at a price of $0.30 for a period of two years from the date of issuance. The company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the financing towards general working capital.
