RC365 Holding PLC (LSE:RCGH) has completed the acquisitions of RCPAY Ltd (UK), RCPAY Limited (Hong Kong) and Regal Crown Technology (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
The consideration payable was £1 [sic] per acquisition.
The company, which is focused on payment gateway solutions, said the acquisitions will offer growth opportunities for RC365 by expanding into the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore and other ASEAN countries and providing cross-border payment solutions around the world.
The UK and Hong Kong companies will also provide money remittance and exchange services and have obtained the relevant licence from the regulatory authorities, namely the Custom and Excise Department in Hong Kong and the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK.
