GTI Energy Ltd (ASX:GTR)’s Bruce Lane brings Proactive up to speed on several developments in the company including the acquisition of Logray Minerals, which brings the Green Mountain ISR Uranium Project in Wyoming under GTI’s control. Lane explains that the acquisition is now complete, with the company now owning around 13,800 acres of contiguous ISR uranium exploration claims at Green Mountain in Wyoming abutting Rio Tinto’s claims and adjacent to GTI’s existing Great Divide Basin (GDB) projects. The company believes the project to be highly prospective for ISR uranium and will now work to define drill targets, so that it can get its permitting application completed. GTI’s managing director also spoke about the appointment of executive director Jim Baughman, a highly experienced Wyoming uranium geologist and corporate executive who will help guide GTI’s technical and commercial activities in the US and the spin out of its gold projects into Regener8 Resources, which is expected to IPO in the coming weeks.
